Steph Adkins Fitness women’s group workouts are designed to help you get stronger, build confidence, and push your limits in a supportive environment. These sessions combine strength training, conditioning, and functional movement to help women burn fat, build lean muscle, and improve overall fitness.
 

Whether you're training for a race, getting back into a routine, or simply wanting to feel stronger, you'll be surrounded by a community of women who encourage and challenge each other every step of the way. Every workout is scalable, high-energy, and designed to help you walk out feeling stronger than when you came in.

Stephanie is precious! She is personable and knowledgeable. She is a little ray of sunshine that motivates you to do the hard things. I love that her workouts are always different so you don’t get bored. She is great at helping you make modifications for injuries, rehab after surgeries or just pain you may be experiencing with age. But my favorite part is the little community of women of all ages that support each other not only in their fitness journey but in their daily life. Working out with Stephanie was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! She pushes me every day to be better, whether that be through group workouts, her virtual app, or healthy food choices. Most importantly though, she LISTENS and cares about me and my journey, as well as everyone else she works with. She’s always quick to work around old injuries, give advice on form, or modify an exercise if something is too hard. She is so positive and fun- everything you want in a trainer but also a friend!
